While every project is different, an initial pre-construction budget costs €650 and €750 with a site visit in Dublin, and €850 for the rest of Ireland with a site visit.

Our hourly rate is €70 plus VAT at 23%.

A complete residential Bill of quantities costs €2500 Plus Vat 23%.
