Cost clarity prior to planning or tender

Independent review of proposed works

This service does not include:

• Contractor supervision

• Design services

• Unlimited revisions or ad-hoc advice

Fixed-Fee Services

Fees are fixed once scope is confirmed and do not change unless the scope changes. All prices exclude VAT at 23%.​ 

Cost plan with a site visit: €1,500 + VAT

​Cost plan from drawings: €1,000 + VAT
