My fees are structured to provide clarity, certainty, and professional boundaries.
​Where the scope of work can be clearly defined, fees are agreed on a fixed-fee basis. This allows clients to proceed with confidence and avoids uncertainty or open-ended billing.
Full Quantity Surveying Service
Project Duration – Defined Scope
For residential projects where I am appointed as Quantity Surveyor for the duration of the project, fixed fees are applied based on the construction value. I accept a limited number of residential commissions each year so that I can remain personally involved in each project.

These fees cover the agreed quantity surveying services for the defined scope of the project. Any material change in scope is discussed and agreed upon in advance. All of these fees are plus Vat @ 23%
