Fees & How I Charge

My fees are structured to provide clarity, certainty, and professional boundaries.

​Where the scope of work can be clearly defined, fees are agreed on a fixed-fee basis. This allows clients to proceed with confidence and avoids uncertainty or open-ended billing.

Full Quantity Surveying Service

Project Duration – Defined Scope

For residential projects where I am appointed as Quantity Surveyor for the duration of the project, fixed fees are applied based on the construction value.
